The Knowledge Portals have five core page types:
- the Region page summarizes genetic associations, credible sets, and epigenomic annotations across a genomic region centered on a gene or variant of interest, or specified by genomic coordinates.
- The Gene page focuses on the coding sequence of a gene and the associations within it, and the biological role of the gene product.
- The Variant page summarizes variant impact predictions and variant associations.
- The Phenotype page represents bottom-line meta-analyzed variant associations and gene-level associations for a selected phenotype.
- The Tissue page represents gene expression and global enrichment of genetic associations in potential regulatory regions, for a specific tissue.
