Many genetic data contributors to the Knowledge Portals make their full summary statistic files available for download, in addition to providing them for integration into the portals. Investigators also contribute credible set files, polygenic risk score files, and other data types. All data files hosted by a Knowledge Portal are available on the Downloads page, located under the Data menu:
The Downloads page of each disease-specific community portal includes results relevant to the disease focus of that portal.
If summary statistic files for a genetic association dataset are available for download, that is also indicated on its dataset description page. From the Data menu (above), select Genetic association datasets to view the dataset list (illustrated for the CMDKP):
Click on the name of a dataset of interest to navigate to its dataset description page. If files are available for download, they are listed immediately above the reference for the dataset:
