Experiment summary
This dataset is a genome-wide association study of snoring among UK Biobank participants. Snoring was scored as a dichotomous phenotype, with cases defined as individuals who reported complaints from a partner or housemate about their snoring. Associations were adjusted for BMI; unadjusted associations are in the dataset "UK Biobank snoring GWAS".
