Experiment summary

This study was an analysis of genetic associations with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in a population of 25,042 individuals with IBD and 34,915 control subjects, all of European ancestry. Results from analyses of the same population for the IBD sub-types Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are also available in the Portal in the datasets "Crohn's disease 2017 GWAS: European ancestry" and "Ulcerative colitis 2017 GWAS: European ancestry".
