Experiment summary
This study applied a generalized linear mixed model (GLMM)-based analysis to nearly 3,000 traits in UK Biobank participants. This dataset represents the genetic associations for a positive response to the question, asked of women told by a doctor that they had diabetes, "Did you only have diabetes during pregnancy?" There were 864 gestational diabetes cases and 6,977 controls in this analysis.
