Experiment summary

This study, from the Qatar Genome Program Research (QGPR) Consortium, analyzed genetic associations for 45 clinically relevant traits in whole genome sequences from 6,218 participants in the Qatar Biobank. Associations for a selection of 29 traits are represented on the Portal.
