Experiment summary
This study analyzed genetic associations for COPD, resting heart rate, hypertension, coronary artery disease, and stroke in cohorts from the UK Biobank, the CARDIoGRAMplusC4D Consortium, the and International Stroke Genetics Consortium. Associations for heart rate (458,969 samples) and hypertension (144,793 cases and 313,761 controls) are loaded into the Portal.
