The CARDIoGRAMplusC4D (Coronary ARtery DIsease Genome wide Replication and Meta-analysis (CARDIoGRAM) plus The Coronary Artery Disease (C4D) Genetics) consortium represents a collaborative effort to combine data from multiple large scale genetic studies to identify risk loci for coronary artery disease and myocardial infarction.
Experiment summary
This study includes 60,801 CAD cases and 123,504 controls from GWAS meta-analysis of 48 studies. This dataset was meta-analyzed with UK Biobank CAD associations to generate the UK Biobank CardioMetabolic Consortium CHD GWAS dataset.
