New intracranial aneurysm datasets available

Results from a paper published today on intracranial aneurysm are now available in the Cerebrovascular Disease and Common Metabolic Diseases Knowledge Portals. Mark Bakker and colleagues performed a cross-ancestry study of more than 315,000 individuals for genetic associations with intracranial aneurysms, both ruptured and unruptured.

See the associations by searching the Cerebrovascular Disease Knowledge Portal (CDKP) or the Common Metabolic Diseases Knowledge Portal (CMDKP) with any of the phenotypes analyzed in the study: intracranial aneurysm, unruptured intracranial aneurysm, or aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. The results are included in three datasets: Intracranial aneurysm GWAS, Intracranial aneurysm GWAS: East Asians, and Intracranial aneurysm GWAS: Europeans.
