Experiment summary

This study analyzed genetic associations for 22 age-related diseases and conditions, defined in this document. In addition to applying the standard additive model association testing, the authors applied four additional models (dominant, genotypic, heterodominant, and recessive).

Summary statistics from all analyses may be downloaded at the link above.

In addition to applying the standard additive model association testing, the authors applied four additional models. Results for the additive model are presented in the Portal in the following datasets:

  • GERA additive model age-related GWAS
  • GERA age-related GWAS: chrX, females
  • GERA age-related GWAS: chrX, males

Results for the non-additive models are presented in the Non-Additive Genetic Effects Knowledge Portal. Summary statistics from the analyses using the additive, dominant, genotype, heterodominant, and recessive models may be downloaded at the link above.
