Experiment summary

In the Early-onset AF TOPMed WGS study, deep-coverage whole-genome sequencing was performed for 2,781 patients who experienced the onset of atrial fibrillation prior to age 66 and for 4,959 control patients, all of European ancestry. The association of variants with AF was analyzed.
