Speakers will describe a series of CFDE resources that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge graphs to promote data integration from disparate programs, including AI-ready cellular maps, protein-centric annotations, harmonized knowledge graphs, and LLM-assisted genomic exploration tools. The session will show how CFDE resources support integrative and reproducible analyses, and how AI and knowledge graphs can be leveraged more broadly for discovery within human genetics and biomedicine. Learning Objectives Describe how AI-driven integration and knowledge graphs in the Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) enable cross-connection of disparate resources Assess how protein annotation, multimodal data harmonization, and gene-trait connections provide mechanistic insight Apply conceptual approaches from Common Fund Data Ecosystem platforms to integrate multi-source data and enhance your own research CEU Credits 1.50 |
