Experiment summary

This GWAS analyzed 6,914 CWP cases and 242,929 controls in UK Biobank. Three loci were identified (RNF123, ATP2C1, COMT); RNF123 replicated, ATP2C1 showed suggestive evidence, and COMT did not replicate. Tissue specificity and colocalization analyses highlighted skeletal muscle relevance.
