Experiment summary
This study analyzed genetic associations for type 2 diabetes (T2D; 9,486 cases, 2,744 controls) and its subtypes mild age-related T2D (2,861 cases, 2,744 controls), mild obesity-related T2D (1,374 cases, 2,744 controls), severe autoimmune T2D (452 cases, 2,744 controls), severe insulin-deficient T2D (1,193 cases, 2,744 controls), and severe insulin-resistant T2D (1,130 cases, 2,744 controls) in individuals of European ancestry.
