We’ve recently implemented LD score regression (LDSC) in the Knowledge Portals. This is a robust method that can be used to calculate both global enrichment of genetic associations in tissue-specific epigenomic annotations and genetic correlations between phenotypes.
In this week’s focus group (Thursday May 11, 12-1pm EDT), Patrick Smadbeck and Jason Flannick presented an interactive session on LDSC as it is implemented in the Knowledge Portal Aggregator and described where and how you can access these results in the Portals.
