This study applied a generalized linear mixed model (GLMM)-based analysis to nearly 3,000 traits in UK Biobank participants. This dataset represents the genetic associations for PheCode 649.1, "Diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance complicating pregnancy". There were 113 cases and 247,427 controls in this analysis.
