Experiment summary
This study is an analysis of genetic associations for membranous nephropathy (MN), a rare autoimmune disorder that leads to nephrotic syndrome and kidney failure, in 3,782 MN cases and 9,038 ancestry-matched controls. This dataset is an East Asian-ancestry subset of the trans-ethnic meta-analysis dataset, Membranous Nephropathy GWAS. A European-ancestry subset, Membranous Nephropathy GWAS: Europeans, is also available in the Portal.
