The Genetics of Osteoarthritis (GO) Consortium is a global collaboration between all available studies with the aim of understanding the genetics of ostoarthritis and related traits.
Experiment summary
This study is a meta-analysis of early-onset osteoarthritis (defined as age at onset younger than 45 years) across 3 cohorts (Estonian Biobank, HUNT & UK-Biobank) that had age at onset information available. Companion datasets in the Portal from the same publication include the main analysis, Genetics of Osteoarthritis (GO) Consortium GWAS, and Genetics of Osteoarthritis (GO) Consortium GWAS, sex-specific analysis.
