Experiment summary
This study is a sex-specific meta-analysis of genetic associations for osteoarthritis performed across 13 cohorts of European and East Asian ancestry. Companion datasets in the Portal from the same publication include the main analysis, Genetics of Osteoarthritis (GO) Consortium GWAS, and Genetics of Osteoarthritis (GO) Consortium early-onset osteoarthritis GWAS.
