MAGIC (the Meta-Analyses of Glucose and Insulin-related traits Consortium) represents a collaborative effort to combine data from multiple GWAS to identify additional loci that impact on glycemic and metabolic traits.
Experiment summary
This study is part of a trans-ancestry meta-analysis of genetic associations for 4 glycemic traits in 281,410 subjects. This dataset consists of genetic associations for these traits in 35,619 subjects of East Asian ancestry.
