Experiment summary

This study analyzed genetic associations with relative amplitude, a measure of circadian rhythm derived from accelerometer data of UK Biobank participants. Two analyses were performed: a case-control analysis (2,700 cases, 68,300 controls) of low relative analysis as a dichotomous trait (displayed in the Portal as the phenotype "Low relative amplitude cases vs controls"); and an analysis of relative amplitude as a continuous trait (displayed in the Portal as the phenotype "Relative amplitude").
