Project
The Type 1 Diabetes Genetics Consortium was formed to investigate the genetic basis of type 1 diabetes and to make genetic data available to the T1D research community.
Experiment summary
In this study a new genotyping array, the ImmunoChip, was designed in order to identify genetic loci associated with risk of T1D. This dataset includes genetic associations for T1D from more than 6,600 T1D cases and over 12,000 controls.
