Experiment summary
This study analyzed associations for self-reported ease of awakening in the morning in UK Biobank participants, including related individuals, as a continuous variable (based on a 4 point scale). A positive beta reflects increased ease of awakening. The analysis was conducted using a linear mixed model approach in BOLT software, with covariates age, sex, genotyping array, and 10 principal components of ancestry.
