Experiment summary
This study analyzed genetic associations with 85 single food intake and 85 principal component-derived dietary patterns, as reported on food frequency questionnaires by UK Biobank participants. Associations for three food intake measures and two dietary patterns are integrated into the Portal database; the entire set of summary statistics is available for download above.
