Experiment summary

Within each intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) dataset, genome-wide association analyses were performed for all ICH, lobar ICH, and non-lobar ICH. The results were combined by meta-analysis. Multi-trait analysis of GWAS (MTAG) was then applied directionally to return results for ICH boosted by the large-scale MEGASTROKE GWAS of SVS.
