Experiment summary

This methods study introduces REGENIE, a fast whole-genome regression framework for GWAS that accommodates relatedness and population structure, supports large biobank-scale analyses across many phenotypes, and achieves accurate association testing with modest memory and compute requirements. GWAS was performed on 33979 cases with osteoarthritis and 373767 controls of European ancestry.
