We are thrilled to announce the public launch of the Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) Knowledge Center, available at cfdeknowledge.org. The CFDE Knowledge Center, developed by the Knowledge Portal team, aims to improve visibility and understanding of CFDE resources and to generate knowledge by analyzing CFDE data.
Sneak Preview
Through cutting-edge analytic tools and visualization interfaces, users can now search within and across Common Fund datasets to answer diverse biological questions. Some capabilities include:
- Learn about CFDE programs and why they are useful to your area of interest
- View research webinars
- Analyze genes and phenotypes
- Identify differential gene expression patterns
- Perform cross-program analyses of gene sets and their relationships to human phenotypes

What else can you do with CFDE?
- Access and analyze open-access data sets:
- Multi-omics
- Phenotyping
- Biomarkers
- Microscopy
- Small molecule screening
- Cellular and anatomical maps
- And much, much more
- Obtain training and mentorship
- Get cloud computing support
- Propose a pilot project to use CFDE data
We’ll see you at ASHG 2024!
