Experiment summary
Ths study analyzed genetic associations for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD; 2,301 cases and 24,715 controls) and its complications cirrhosis (81 cases and 26,333 controls) and hepatocellular carcinoma (5,921 cases and 26,768 controls) in individuals of European ancestry from the Intermountain cohort.
