Experiment summary
Ths study analyzed genetic associations for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD; 1,425 cases and 366,616 controls) and its complications cirrhosis (374 cases and 406,264 controls) and hepatocellular carcinoma (651 cases and 396,369 controls) in individuals of European ancestry from the UK Biobank cohort.
