The file supplementary_data.txt includes the information shared in Supplementary Data 1 and 2 from the manuscript "Endophenotype Effect Sizes Support Variant Pathogenicity in Monogenic Disease Susceptibility Genes" as one file.

This file includes characteristics of variants of uncertain significance (VUS), variants with conflicting assertions, and variants not reported in ClinVar with large effect sizes. For the "effect size" column, standard error is shown in brackets.
