On Monday October 18th, the eve of the official start of the 2021 American Society of Human Genetics meeting, we're excited to bring you an ancillary session covering a central challenge of complex disease genetics: how to integrate and mine genetic and genomic data to generate hypotheses about the effector genes that cause disease. Four leaders in this field will present short talks on their work in this session entitled "Genetic, epigenomic, and functional approaches to identifying effector genes for complex diseases" (see abstracts of their talks).
This session will take place from 1-2:30pm EDT on Monday October 18th. Connection information is shown below. The session is free, open to all, and you do not need to be registered for ASHG to attend! Please download the flyer and circulate it to your colleagues. We hope you'll join us next week!
