Experiment summary
This dataset is a genome-wide association study of snoring among UK Biobank participants. Snoring was scored as a dichotomous phenotype, with cases defined as individuals who reported complaints from a partner or housemate about their snoring. Associations were unadjusted; snoring associations adjusted for BMI are in the dataset "UK Biobank snoring GWAS adjusted for BMI". Sex-stratified results are available in the datasets "UK Biobank snoring GWAS: females" and "UK Biobank snoring GWAS: males".
